These times are based on the typical practice of holding Eid prayers 15 to 20 minutes after sunrise. Please note that official prayer times may be confirmed closer to the date.
Additionally, the UAE Fatwa Council has clarified that Eid Al Adha and Friday (Jumuah) prayers will be held separately on June 6, 2025, as they are distinct religious obligations.
The Eid prayer consists of two rak'ahs (units of prayer) and includes extra takbeerat (declarations of "Allahu Akbar"). In the first rak'ah, seven takbeerat are recited after the opening takbeer and before Surah Al-Fatiha. In the second rak'ah, five takbeerat are recited after rising from sujood and before the next recitation.
