The Knowledge and Human Development Authority's (KHDA) Rahhal programme, is the first pilot project to be launched under Dubai 10X. Rahhal's message is straightforward: the world is a classroom, and all learning counts.

This program brings in the concept of a  "disruptive innovation" in education that enables  UAE students to excel in their ICSE board exams by assisting them in part-time studies while they still pursue other goals.
