By next year, the Indian Consulate plans to utilize the Training for Emirates Jobs and Skills (TEJAS) program to hire at least 10,000 highly qualified individuals.
The TEJAS Program was launched in March during the DubaiExpo 2020.
The Indian Consulate, in partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) , seeks to develop a safe path for people who want to work overseas and avoid being taken in by bogus recruiters.
