**Hamdan bin Mohammed Launches ‘One Million Prompters’ Initiative to Galvanize AI Workforce for Future Job Market**

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, announced the launch of the world's first and largest AI prompt engineering training initiative, ‘One Million Prompters.’ This initiative aims to upskill one million individuals in prompt engineering over the next three years.

Sheikh Hamdan emphasized the importance of preparing and empowering individuals with the skills needed to harness AI's potential to drive innovation, progress, and economic growth. He noted the rapid technological advancements and the growing demand for new skills in the labor market, particularly in prompt engineering.

The ‘One Million Prompters’ initiative is part of the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence, aiming to accelerate AI application adoption. It focuses on developing expertise in crafting precise and effective instructions for AI systems to achieve desired outcomes across various tasks. The initiative offers accredited certifications, training courses, competitions, and networking opportunities with experts in the technology ecosystem.

The announcement was made during the final round of the Global Prompt Engineering Championship, where participants competed for AED 1 million in prizes. Winners were honored in three categories: Coding, Literature, and Art. The second edition of the championship will expand to include more categories such as software and video.

The event was attended by key figures including Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, and Hala Badri, Director General of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority. The championship received thousands of entries from around 100 countries, with finalists competing at the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
