Day 1
This verse is the beginning of Verse number 286 from the Second Chapter of the Holy Quran.
It brings forth a beautiful reminder of how strong each of us are and how sometimes we may not be truly aware of it. It also enlightens us of how God never puts any of us in a state which we cannot endure.
